Should be the last one for the year.

17lbs of ground jerky and about 25 lbs of summer sausage, some garlic and some jalapeño cheese

That'll make about 150 pounds of jerky and sausages this year, I've mixed it all by hand. Wife asked if there was anything I want for Father's day this year "for the love of God a meat mixer please."
