Hahaha I only use bbq sauce on my ribs sometimes and that’s only because my girl likes them that way. Oh and on meat loaf.
No bbq sauce or steak sauce for anything else I grill.

Sauce on ribs as well. Light glaze to add to my rub mix and throw a little sweet heat on top.

No need for BBQ sauce for these! I do however keep them moist with a mixture of melted butter, olive oil, beer and garlic/pepper/salt.

Restocked my smoking wood pile after our Texas trip. Some nice big red oak and some pecan and black walnut.
Not sure what I'll use the walnut on but the red oak and pecan will be very handy this coming spring and summer.

It was about 25 today, but I burned some apple wood and smoked a whole chicken. Too hungry to get any pics. Damn, that was good!
