What's on the smoker today?

How did these turn out? Does the smoke work well with pie?
Unfortunately I got called to work about 5 minutes after I put them on the smoker. They got overcooked. I think they will be very good with a good combo of smoke and sweetness.
 
Javelina steaks are excellent also, just let them age for a few days.
I also made Javelina jerky and sausage.
I let the pig hang for 3 days prior to butchering. 💥
 
I smoked some trout and salmon today. Both are good but my wife prefers the king salmon over the lake trout. That should help convince her a family fishing trip to Alaska is a good idea.
