Kill kit (like a dozen knives, zip ties, a tag, and another dozen pens), emergency kits (survival and first aid), sunscreen, ammo, delorme, game bags, butt pad, glass, extra clothes if need be, hand warmers if need be, and as much paracord and water as it takes to fill the empty space.

Factory 130 grain accubond in 270. Ruger American with a boyds spike camp.
OR
CVA Accura with lead round balls, patches, and pre measured pyrodex (antelope)
OR
CVA Accura with .50cal 270gr. Powerbelt platinum with pre measured BH209 (anything else)

Like JLS : latex gloves, zip ties for tags, transport tag (some states), felt marker to fill out a tag, all in a plastic ziplock. I shove my game bags to the bottom of my pack.

All of the previous items mentioned (excepts the twigs, leaves, and dirt). I also carry a thin poly tarp; if its nice, I put it down under my game bags to keep ground dirt, etc from my meat, if its raining, I can string it up with some parachute chord and keep myself and the meat dry.
