Starting a 5 pound elk neck roast (thanks again, sir!) in the slow cooker for Italian beef tomorrow.

Costco ribeye steaks
Costco corn on the cob
Costco cheesy potatoes.
I put steaks on the smoker at 2pm
Put the taters in at 3
Wrapped the corn in foil and added them at 4.
Took the steaks off and wrapped them in foil at 4:30.
Dinner at 5:00
Pretty easy cook
