Without knowing the gun and situation just looking at the groups would you say shooter vs rifle vs scope?
Most are 3 shot groups. 1 10 shot group.

Is the load known to be accurate? After checking mounts you would need to try a 12" square to see if scope tracks. Or try a different scope. Is recoil affecting the shooter? Otherwise you might need to try a different shooter to start eliminating possibilities. You could half wear the barrel out before you know for sure. All that being said, you wouldn't/shouldn't have any trouble killing any big game critter out to a couple hundred yards just the way it is.

I would say check your scope bases and ensure they are tight. Happened to me once they were loose. The fliers could be shots on a cold barrel. If not, probably the shooter.

Barrel laying on the bag/tripod sometimes instead of the stock? I've seen that with similar results and it took me a minute to notice what was different when Dad was shooting off.

Looks like your notes say 180gr Hammer Hunters over 77 gr of H1000 , so a 300wm? 2477fps sounds suspiciously slow for that combination. 77gr of H1000 & 215's are launching above the 3000fps mark....by alot.
I'm doubtful it's a scope mount issue, not enough dispersion, but possibly an internal reticle issue?

It’s got to be 3477 and probably a RUM.
If that is the case you have to have a 1-9 twist or faster to get full stability. A 1-10 is stable but marginally.

That causes 2 in one spot than a random most of the time.

Or 2.477”

Yeah so one load was factory set Eldm. The others are reloads doing ocw tests of berger 205s. The large 10 shot group was me coming home after stewing on it all day at work. Throwing in some HHs in some normas with a bit of H1000. This gun has about 160rds down it. 1-10" 300wm. The HH measurement is CBTO. Not sure how they measure in the chamber so just loaded them to jump because it's killing me.. I wonder if I'm letting it free recoil more than I should. But I checked the action screws pulled the action checked the channel. I tightened it back down to find out I could only torque down to 25"lbs on the front before it caused my lug to catch on the screw... tried every configuration and sequence of tightening down the back and front.. but this wasn't a problem until I dropped the action out. I ended up filing down the screw just a small amount and I can get it back to rec 53"lbs.
While I was making sure the lug was seated before tightening down the screws the scope must of moved despite the butt taps being fairly gentle. I found that it rolled a little to the right in the seekins rings. It's a Mark5hd seems to track appropriately. Idk.. I left out the brand to try and skip buyism... I ladder tested the Berger 205s and it was touching holes one on top of the other. This is supposed to be a 0.5moa guarantee gum. I'm not ruling out me as a shooter and I'm not ruling out that the scope is shifting so to recoil in the heavy duty rings. The rail has been checked twice as well and that's staying solid. I've shot off 2 bags and a bag and a bipod. Caldwell bench which was a little shaky so now I'm just on the ground. I'm at the point to mail it back and they will perform an accuracy test then decide if they need to fix. Or have my scope bedded and continue to work on technique. These groups are all at 100 so that's why I'm frustrated.

Other loads besides the HH I've used an OAL Guage on for seating. I gave up the xbolt LR for a tighter shooting lighter hunting set up and haven't found the better shooting part. However could the recoil of the lighter rifle affect my 100yd groups this much? Obviously I'm solid until the rifle goes boom. I've corrected the barrel whip to the left. But still may have variations in trigger pull. Dry fire practice reticle does not move with trigger break.

Here's some a round of 205s using rl26. I just wanted to find pressure. Really to close to call it a ladder I guess.

To answer the OP question: if I had those groups, I'd be getting my kill kit out, because that critter is dead.

Those 205s look really good.

If the scope shifted from some light butt taps that’s certainly an issue. I would suggest remounting the scope and what torque specs are you using? You can bed the rings also.
I would recommend testing the 205s at 72,72.5,73,73.5gr and at least 300 yards. See how they group after figuring your scope issue out.

10-4... seekins rings base torqued to 52.5. Ring caps are at 20"lbs
