I used GPS Hunt by Trimble. I almost screwed myself by not looking into it sooner. A couple days before my trip I figured it'd be a good idea. Was really cheap compared to other options. It doesn't have walk in areas or all western states at that. But after you pay for the app it's like $3 a month to keep it going. Hardly a deal breaker. I'd recommend it, worked great for me.
