Since we have a little "fat off" thread above, and I'm in the process of taking some off for hunting season, I thought it'd be cool to see what we are all eating? Yesterday I PIGGED out bigtime and probably put on a pound or two, even with some exercise.

I ate a brat, some sausage, bacon, hamburger, steak, brownies, choc chip cookies, mac and cheese and maybe more.....BAD Day.

What did you have?

Egg McMuffin (only one), instant oatmeal (3 packages), Clif Bar, a little trail mix, salmon, green beans. I think that's it. Trying to be good. Less than 2 months to get in shape.
 
A cheese, ham, red pepper and onion omelette. Half a tuna sandwich, fat-free cottage cheese, a handful of peanuts, a green salad, a New York steak, broccholi and zucchini. A no-sugar added fudgesicle for dessert.

Breakfast: Buckwheat Pancakes and two eggs

Lunch: Cottage cheese and fresh strawberries

Dinner:T bone steak, yams, spinach.

All awesome meals on the South Beach Diet Phase 2! I love this diet!! The pounds come right off and the cook book kicks @ss! I'm already down 11lbs. Only 9 more to go.
 
Lets see what did I eat yesterday??????? I think it was Subway :confused: A 12" Subway melt with two kinds of cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, with chips and a drink.
So good.

For Breakfast I had an Iced Mocha after Steelhead fishing.
For lunch I had 3 pieces of bacon,hashbrowns and scrambled eggs after pouring concrete.
And for dinner I BBQ'd a beer can chicken with baked beans and corn on the cob.
And my snack before bedwas a tall glass of chocolate milk.
 
Strawberry smoothie for breakfast.
Three chicken legs and venison bacon for lunch
After my workout I wasn't too hungry, but ate a pint of sherbert.
 
Breakfast: Smoothie w/ banana, plain yogurt, milk, flax seed, oatmeal, and protein powder.
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich hold the mayo
Dinner: Whole wheat spaghetti w/ deer sausage in the sauce and a Bitch Creek ESB to wash it down :)
 
Breakfast...Four breakfast sausage links wrapped in dry wheat toast...


Lunch...(3:00 PM at the local Legion post) Four light beers and a double JD straight up...


Supper.... Two flounder filets fried in peanut oil, zucchinni on the grill basted with olive oil and garlic, steamed swiss chard from the garden..


Bedtime snack...a furburger... :p ....
 
Today for bfest a slim fast, lunch an elk steak and green beans. Tonight is blackened catfish. (and a couple Miller lites)
 
Yesterdays breakfast a bowl of special K with strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. That doubles as lunch because I ate it late. Supper a Turkey wrap, with some crackers, and a banana, snack, a banana.
 
As opposed to pig fest Sunday, Monday I ate a cup or so of sunflower seeds, in the shell, spittin seeds, 3 quarts of water, oh yeah, 1/2 piece of whole wheat toast for breakfast with a slim layer of peanut butter, then some mixed nutsa and a few slices of salami for dinner.....diet Dr. Pepper.

Today so far, Mocha Latte, sunflower seeds, Ham Jerky (very good) maybe a 1/4 pound, mixed nuts for lunch, diet pepsi.....and finally, several pieces of pizza for dinner.

Leaving now to take my 4 year old fishing in a little creek!

Still on the road most of the week coaching the daughter's fastpitch team...think the breakfasts have been McDonalds, the lunches Gatorade, and the dinners burnt hotdogs and coagulated nachos....yummmmm! :(

By the way....two hour drive south tonight for the Section Championship and if we win we're heading south to the Bay area (YUK!) to teach those big Districts a thing or two about softball in the State tourney.... hump
