What 100 year old cartridges do you use

My 100 year old list,

30-06, .270, 30-30, 6.5x55, .22 rimfire, 45 ACP, 38 Special and 44 special in my 44 magnum.

Last thought, the only other cartridge I use is the 308, which is 73 years old. And if I had to choose just two calibers for all big game hunting it would be the 308 and .270 in that order. About 12 years ago I sold all my magnum rifles.
.22 rimfire
.38-55
.45-70
.45-90
.38-40
.38-40
12 gauge
20 gauge
.45 acp

I am not sure I have a cartridge younger than a century. Does .38 acp count?

I love odd ball calibers. I don't really own too many currently. Toughest ones are probably 32 S&W short, 30-40krag. I used to have a 6mm x284 that was essentially a wildcat and hard to find brass for until Norma started making the 6.5x284.

My preference is 100 year old cartridges. The guns of that era are interesting and historic. I don’t know if i can remember them all…

12 gauge
20 gauge
28 gauge
410 gauge
22 long
22 lr
9 mm
45 acp
25-20
25-35
270 Winchester
30-06
38-40
44-40
45 Colt
45-70
45-60 Winchester
40-65 Winchester
40-90 Sharps Bottleneck
38-72 Winchester
40-72 Winchester
50-70 Sharps
50 Express
50-100-450 Winchester

Those guns and cartridges resonate much more than a plastic/stainless 6.5 Creedmoor…

7.62 X 54R. This older Soviet battle rifle has been sporterized nicely. It typically shoots 2.5 inch clusters at 100 yds. I shoot Czech built 180 gr soft tip ammo. TR

270, 30-06, 30–30… 44mag?

Is 44mag 100yr old? I guess if the 270 is then it is because it was to Elmer Keith what the 270 was to O’Connor

Add the 12ga, 20ga, and .410 CALIBER (not a gauge, said in my uppity voice)

22lr, 22short

270 1925
44 mag 1956
Yea I think some people are stretching it. The only one I can claim is my trusty 06 mountain rifle. I have a 257 Roberts but that was only a wildcat 100 years ago....commercially it wasnt available until the 30's when Remington started it.

wildcats count big time, look at the 35 whelen

Also, "100 year old design." From the title, I thought we were talking about the Russian army dragging up cartridges they found in a basement in Siberia.
