Just wondering if anybody has had any luck in this unit? I normally hunt unit 28 Salmon but they ran out this year so I have to try another unit. I plan on hunting as far away from the road systems as I can to increase my odds but just not sure what the numbers are looking like. I'm taking 3 disabled veterans who are not trophy hunting just trying to kill an elk and put some meat on the table for their families. I'm willing to give info on some good hunting locations in unit 28 in Idaho and also Nevada areas for some good intel.
