Any Oregon folks able to verify that Rogue Ales has shuttered its doors? Decades old enjoyment of some of their stuff. They once had a strong scotch ale that was one of my favorite sipoers in front of a fire on a winters night.

Try Homemade Irish Crème and you will never go back to the store bought. So simple, yet so much better!

And, if you have to buy a bottle of Irish whiskey you get to drink the rest of that!

I love to acquire boutique liquors on my travels. Rye lovers have to try the various High West Distillery options. They used to actually have a bar inside the SLC airport.

While I don't get stuck on the finishing processes, I'm a bigot for true American Straight Rye. I think whiskey should be straight and neat.

I see Dry Fly Spokane now has a rye, I'm a Dry Fly fan and I'm going to have to try it. I went through a gin phase when I was younger. Dry Fly's gin stands above any I have ever tried.

I’m a High West fan as well. Distillery tours and/or the Saloon downtown are good options if you ever find yourself in Park City. Seems the breweries have pushed out the distilleries at SLC.
