Weekend Libations

Any Oregon folks able to verify that Rogue Ales has shuttered its doors? Decades old enjoyment of some of their stuff. They once had a strong scotch ale that was one of my favorite sipoers in front of a fire on a winters night.

Got lucky a couple weeks ago. This will be saved for a very special occasion. Over the weekend, some Weller FP did the trick.

Not local, but seems that’s the case according to some social media posts about them.

I tried making a bad Santa bourbon bomb last night as a possible dessert drink for a party tonight. Wasn’t impressed. Just took homemade Bailey’s instead.

Try Homemade Irish Crème and you will never go back to the store bought. So simple, yet so much better!

And, if you have to buy a bottle of Irish whiskey you get to drink the rest of that!
