God is the One we run to when the storm comes, and He is also our high tower on the high ground. In Him we are doubly sheltered.
We should also trust in Him to rule the storm and command it to be still. He may have a reason to delay taking action against the storm. There are reasons for God's delays that we may never know or fully understand, but He asks us to trust Him while we wait.
