Waterproof trigger gloves

Looking for gloves for waterfowl hunting. Priorities are waterproof and dexterity to work safety, trigger, and load shells. Suggestions?

I carry 3 sets of gloves duck hunting. The first set is a set of pvc decoy gloves, a set of cheap jersey glove to go underneath the decoy gloves and I think my gun gloves are drake. I really like neoprene gloves as well for handling the gun.
