That will be minimum of 200k by me. Hence my housing thread, we are doing well for ourselves. But even with that we cannot afford to have a hunting property. Those days for the common man are mostly gone. That is unless you want one of the new 50 year 6.5% mortgages.I’m currently looking for a decent 40acre parcel to buy for my future hunting.
