Very nice! Neck roast is the best cut for a roast. Especially like doing it bone in when possible.

Very nice! Neck roast is the best cut for a roast. Especially like doing it bone in when possible.

I find its a heck of alot easier to get the meat off the bone after you cook it than before. I just pulled them right out.
