Varmints in Montana....License?

Planning on heading up to Montana in a couple weeks to shoot some ground squirrels, coyotes...etc. Got to wondering if I need a license for that. Here in Idaho I know they require a license when hunting varmints, etc. Anyone got the scoop?

Shouldn't need anything. I asked a warden about taking buddies gopher hunting that don't have hunting or conservations licenses a year or two ago, and said there's no problem with it.
