Utah Application not showing up

When I go on to the utah site to look at my application for 2020 it does not show up but my 2019 application shows up. Is that normal to not see your application until the draw date? The application fees hit my credit card and i have my conformation numbers.

You're looking at past history. You need to use the link to check already submitted apps. That link will only show the current apps in the system.
