The 2007 Utah Big Game Proclamation is now available online. Now we just get to try and interpret what it all means.

I think Utah LE bull elk tags exist only so people from Arizona can say "see, the odds of drawing an Arizona elk tag aren’t so bad".

I will probably just put in for cow or spike (I can find those pretty well) and start saving my points.
