Universal Gun Bearer Question

It's my first time using the Universal Gun Bearer, do most people use it with a gun sling?

What are the benefits and drawbacks of doing so?

If you're asking should you keep you're sling onband use the gun bearrrr, then yes. Slings are for more than just carrying a rifle. Check out a hasty sling and how to use one to steady your gun.

I do just because of the versatility it adds. My gunbearer is attached to my pack. There are many times I leave my pack and take just the gun. I would recommend it.

You don't run into issues with getting it snagged all the time or other annoyances like that?

Not really. Tighten it up when you are carrying it. It should hang pretty flat to the gun.

Yeah I run Montana Rifle Slings and I just tighten it up when in the Gun Bearer. No issues.
