unit 41 Wy

I asked about some other units for elk in Wy the other day but was mistaken about the one unit.I'm trying to draw a tag for my son this year and want a decent hunt.He can draw 41 with his points,along with 38,120,33 and I think48 all in the same general area.Has anyone hunted any of these units that could give me a little insight on what to expect.I don't want any spots;I can figure that out.I just wanted to know how3 the hunting pressure is,elk populations,access to public lands are in any of these units.He's been waiting 4 years to draw a elk tag and want him to have a good trip.I'm leaning toward 41 due to the fact he can draw it in the regular lower priced draw.All the others would require entry in the special $1000 draw.
