Unit 31 wyoming opening weekend

I have never had a buck tag in Wyoming, nor have I hunted the first weekend on any of my doe tags. What kinda crowds can I expect on public, and should I just wait till weekend 2 to hunt? I only live 3 hrs away, i can hunt any and all weekends so not going 1st weekend isnt a big deal. Would you go or wait?

If you are only 3 hours away, I'd go opening weekend. If too crowded for you then head home and come back the following weekend.

Pretty much leaning that way. Probably go crazy if I don't lol.

Will be that way after the opener for during the week and hopefully pressure won't be as bad. It will be my first time ever on a western hunt. Hoping we will be lucky.
