Unit 21 or 36b in Idaho

Looking for a little input on unit 21 or 36b in Idaho me and my hunting partner are planing on going to one of these to unit to hunt elk next September we are looking for a new Adventure and hope to get in to some elk but have just e scouted both units but have never Been there if I could get a little help would be great don’t want one tied to a tree for us but just a good spot or to to start both unit are big and don’t know were to start looking.
