The last 1 of my kids is out to get his first deer Friday and Saturday. Going to a honey hole for whitetail early in the am. Same place my daughter got her first last year. Video and digital both charged and Fallingrock [Brayden] is stoked.

Well I have not been to this location since last year. What a change theyv'e had so much moisture the grass in the river bottoms is 3-5 feet high. The deer are nearly impossable to spot so we just enjoyed the day and did a little spotting and napping. Tomorrow we figure to give the ducks and geese a little attention. We'll head back for deer after the next snow. This is what the day looked like in southern AB.
