So we went out and got some rainbows for the smoker, one of them was full of eggs, figured I’d try rather than letting the go to waste. My Grandpa used to fry all the eggs from bluegills. I wanted to try something else. Hank Shaw has a recipe for trout caviar. Very simple stuff. They turned out ok, although I’ve never had actual caviar so they could be way off haha! Anywho, my wife thought it looked fancy. My 4 year old said it tasted fishy, and asked for seconds. Which is a win in my book!
