Tripod recommendations for an 85mm Vortex Razor Spotting scope

Good Morning Fellow Hunters,

I recently bought a new 85mm Vortex Razor Spotting Scope and I am impressed with it. My question is what kind of of tripod do you recommend for an angled 85mm spotting scope? I am looking for one that I can use while standing (I am 6' 2") when I am scouting from a truck or a ATV as well as a nice lightweight tripod for back country hunts (yes, I plan on taking the heavy scope on back country hunts).

I've got two Feisol tripods and have been very happy with those. Carbon fiber tripods will cost you more, but best to buy-once-cry-once and then just enjoy your gear. I wanted a Really Right Stuff tripod, but thought Feisol was the right balance of cost/quality.

Check out the silk 624 carbon fiber tripod. I think I'm correct on the number. My son has one. Check this site northwestsportoptics.com
