Adding insult to injury, our Division of Wildlife is part of the process for locating new trails, and the funding via GOCO and the LWCF.

yup

one of my favorite elk chasing areas is on the docket to get a major hiking trail moved into in - not happy about that but at least so far they haven't gotten the funding to get started

Why people feel the need to put trails everywhere is beyond me. Just leave nature alone and enjoy it as it is. There’s a large conservancy property by my house and they want to bulldoze a trail through the middle of it.
