As of today, when I click to open several of the threads, I'm being rerouted to 4wheelparts.com instead of into the thread??? Not every thread, just a few...

Sounds like a piece of malicious local software on your computer. You may want to try and scrub for malware with a program such as malwarebytes and stay away from questionable websites.
