I switched to Thor MZ bullets in 2017. They don't use a sabot and are legal in CO. I killed a cow elk with them and they performed great. I have taken several deer with them as well.This morning I shot a whitetail her in my home state of IN. I included pictures of how the bullet performed. 250 gr Thor 87yds obviously expanded. I recovered them from a elk and a buck and it was a perfect flower pedal expansion.

Sorry this was supposed to be in Muzzleloader not optics....and I am not smart enough to figure out how to move it!

Looks like they did the job well! Did you use the sizing pack to find the perfect diameter for your rifle, or did you try the univeral ones?
