Here are a few from NW Colorado and the beautiful state of Wyoming.
Lots of feral horses in Wyoming. I think they need a season on them. It was interesting to me that I saw only 10-12 antelope in the horse management area, but hundreds of them in the surrounding country outside of the fence.
No shortage of these, but I predict a shortage in CO in the next couple of years. I hiked one 2-mile stretch and found 30-40 dead cottontails and jackrabbits in varying states of decay. BTW, having a cottontail come shooting out of a prairie dog hole past your shoulder 5 feet off the ground when you go peek in can be startling.
Found this guy in the road about 1/4-mile from where I camped one night. A good reminder why I sleep in the bed of my truck instead of on the ground.

I predict a short and happy life for this trophy. I couldn't even get him to raise his head and look at me from 40 yards. I was actually beginning to think he was blind and deaf.
