Same group who killed a yearling heifer in January or February in the area. Rumor has it they walked past a heard of elk to get to these cows but I'm not sure how solid that info is or not. Watched them kill 2 wolves this morning from a chopper. Wolves ran within 300 yards of us and a treed cat.
