I thought this might be something some here want to follow as it unfolds. I know I will!

My son Ben and I had the opportunity to take Isabella Rozendaal on an Oregon coast range blacktail hunt last week. She is from The Netherlands and is traveling the world to photograph hunters for a book she is working on. It will be a few years before it is complete but her blog (or whatever you call it) is pretty interesting.

This explains the project she is working on......

We headed up the night before she was to hunt with us to scout and find a good location to hunt with two extra people tagging along in bone dry conditions and to my surprise we ended up killing a buck. Of course the next day when she was along we didn't connect but they took a lot of photos so hopefully she got something useful for her book. I was very impressed with her and expect the finished product to be outstanding. :)

Some interesting images she chose for her blog. Curious about the Mouflon fetus.

Quite a wide array from germany to the SE US..

2rocky, I agree I'm not sure why she chose some of the shots she did.. . .some were very nice, others. . .?? makes me wonder.

I would describe her work as looking at things from a different angle for sure. From what I read she became interested in hunting while doing a photo book on the Dutch people's love of their pets. It was easy to see she is very interested in why we hunt! I don't see how that can turn out bad....

Here are some other photos and if you go to the home page of the first one I posted it get's pretty interesting.
