The Great HT 2026 weigh in.

244 this morning. haven't moved the needle much, but am replacing fat with muscle. Did nine pull ups in a row the other day before I went bear hunting. Goal weight is 215.
I'm right there with you. Posted a very similar thing this morning. Not seeing huge movements on the scale, but seeing and feeling it in my body.
 
198.4. Closing in on 190 now or 2005 where I’ll reassess. I actually feel like running again which also correlates with 21 years ago. That sonofabitch, Surgeon General, might have been right after all.

Good work. I need to get back in the grove. Between planting, spraying, and haying, I’ve had way too much seat time and been eating way too much garbage. Back up to 187. Time for a serious reset
 
I’m still hanging around 213.

I’ve been hitting it pretty hard in June. I set a goal of hitting 90% of my workouts which have been different weights 5 days a week, walking 3-5 miles on Saturday, and resting on Sunday. Plus my lady friend signed us up for a walking challenge to benefit a local girl who was paralyzed and is going through rehab, 20 minutes or 1 mile a day. So far I haven’t missed a workout.

I’ve also only had 1 beer in the month of June. That’s tough when we’ve been boating most weekends too. That might change tonight though.
