One thing about having extra padding, the wind doesnt affect your bow sighting so much. Im about 150, anything over 10 km per hr and my shooting goes to hell.

Bready stuff is the big one. A1C, sugars, lipids, arterial plaque. So much bullshit can be reduced or reversed when we drop the bread.Late to the party here, but I started on Monday. Added ~20# over the past couple of years due to some health issues impacting my activity level. Having a junior hockey player living with me who needed high calorie meals for the past 6 months didn’t help either. I was 241 on Monday. Goal is to be back to my normal 220 by July.
Plan is to cut out almost all sugars and starches (sweets, breads, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc), snack on nuts when hungry during the day, and double up on meat and veggies with meals. And get a minimum of 12,000 steps per day plus some extra cardio on the bike.
Work travel will be the nemesis of this plan.
Just too persuasive.Gaining 100lbs seems a little rough but with the right diet should be doable by hunting season
