No elk camp is complete without some bacon cheeseburgers. I really like sweet and sour pork made in advance and then some minute rice.

Mine is Carne Asada tacos, super quick and easy, and wicked good. We truck camp a lot, so pancakes and bacon are usually on the morning menu, but everyone loves when the cinnamon rolls get made in the dutch oven
