Maybe it’s a little soon still. I don’t know how that works. Not really, other than not taking an afternoon nap. It hasn't bee the miracle cure I was hoping for.

Any chance you have been checked for sleep apnea? Not really, other than not taking an afternoon nap. It hasn't bee the miracle cure I was hoping for.
I have found that’s it’s less of a “cure” (though some true straight line benefits) and more of a “now you have energy and mental clarity to do the real cure” like eating right, being active, refocusing priorities, etc.Not really, other than not taking an afternoon nap. It took me a few weeks until I truly noticed the impact and not the placebo effect. I am feeling great and recently had bloodwork—my numbers are really good. Per advice from my endo, I will be going from 1x week injection to micro dosing 2x week which should level out the peaks and valleys. The mental clarity and power/endurance while cycling is very noticeable including the recovery.Maybe it’s a little soon still. I don’t know how that works.
I started with my level around 180 it’s been about a year now so we have made a couple jumps my levels are now around 1k. I was taking my shots on sun/wed to avoid the peaks like you said. Even at that I still could tell my Sundays sucked so last couple months I’ve been taking it every 3 days and life has been pretty great. It took me a few weeks until I truly noticed the impact and not the placebo effect. Ditch the gel and do injectables twice a week. You never know what your body is absorbing through your skin and what it isn’t. Also injectables make it very easy to adjust your levels because you know exactly what you’re putting into your system. After the decade of the run around from doctors and trying everything under the sun, twice a week injections, is the only way to go if you want optimal health. I definitely hate pinning twice a week but it becomes the norm just like any other weekly chore, I can promise you will feel the difference after a couple months.I started on a gel 2 months ago and I'm up to 476 from 228 so far.
My doctor said the same thing to me. I wanted to go on pellets but she said with the amount im taking and the lower results say that my body is not holding on to it.Ditch the gel and do injectables twice a week. Good luck with have kids and I sincerely mean that. I was 30 when I started and done having kids. My level was at 18 when I started. I feel the best in the 700-900 range anything higher and I get all the negative side affects. .3 or .4 twice a week depending on where I want my levels at is what I currently take. I’ve been prescribed by a doctor 1.5ml a week down to what you are taking. After 15 years knowing my body, when I’m eating healthier and hitting the gym .3-.4 is what my body likes. Everyone is different play around with dosages if your doctor will allow you too. Getting a good doctor that will actually listen to how your feeling and not just reading a number is a whole other subject. Just like being too low you won’t die from being a little high for a month or two. Guys injecting for wrong reasons large amounts for an extended period of time is what gets them in trouble health wise.My doctor said the same thing to me. It was also not the cure all that I had hoped for either BUT it has made a large difference. I got tested at 23 and my levels were in the 270s. I had all of the symptoms. My doc tried just about everything before starting on TRT last May. I was only 27 when I started so it was a last resort.
I recently switched doctor's and had a lapse of about 10 days without a dose and was reminded how much it makes a difference.
I take .2ml on Mondays and Fridays and take a dose of HGC the day prior. We're hoping that the HCG is keeping the testes naturally producing as to not sterilize myself. Time will tell.
Levels are sitting right around 650 currently.
