Tennessee gets a Bad Grade

Cool! Arizona got a "D"! And can you believe the District of Columbia got a "B"? Let's see, more murders per capita via handgun and they got a "B"! Glad we're fairing so poorly!!!!!

Maryland and California both are in the top 8 worst states for muder, and both got A's. Meanwhile, the top two safest states (Maine and South Dakota) both got D's. I'm sure having that pesky weapons charge on top of a murder count is a real deterrent for criminals.

Glad to see that all states I run around in the very best grade was a D+, and thats here in Washington state. Unfortunately the lawmakers here in Washington and the greenie west side of the state probably read that damned report on a regular basis and are going to want to do something about it!
