Tech Glitch - Lost Conversation?

For the second time, I have received an email saying I have a new private conversation, and when I follow the link there is no message. Somehow the private message got lost.

Anybody else experience this, or am I "that guy"? Am I doing something wrong - that is always a possibility....

Mine is working as of a couple days ago. I am also able to read the message in the email sent about it.
