Any recommendations for a cheap (price) target -- something shaped like a cube, not an animal -- that I could shoot broadheads at? I've got a layered foam one but it only handles field points; the broadheads are tearing the crap out of it...

I had a "Black Hole" that took tons of broadhead hits and was pretty darn cheap. I think the boys are right though, the yellow jacket seems to be a better target durability wise. My bow is old and slow but after a a year or so, my buddy's bow was blowing through the black hole. That was after hundreds of broadhead blows though.

I recently got the blue "McKinzie Shot Blocker". Kinda of pricy, but highly recommended. Guess what ? Broadheads are tearing the hell out of it. A nice target, but not worth the money for broadheads.
