T 25

Some guys I work with are really into this workout. I've done it a few times and enjoyed it. I think it can probably do a good job of working certain muscle groups that something like plain old running doesn't, but I never felt like it worked me as hard as a plain old run either. I think it's one of those things that you'll get out what you put into it. Good luck with it.
