Has anyone put one of these BSA scopes on a 17 HMR yet? I am thinking of buying one, they are supposed to be made just for the 17 the windage nob and the adjustable objective are designed for the little 17 grain bullet.
They cost 119.99 It will be my second cheap scope i have ever bought, what do you guys think?

I use the Bushnell Banner scopes on my varmint guns. These cheap scopes work pretty good for me. Only down side I have personally experienced is that large magnification..... like on 18x.....you get a blurry image. If you go with the BSA let us know how it works out for you. ;)

I haven't personally tried one, as I don't own a .17 HMR - but people who have say they work very well to the limit of the round's effectiveness...it's better to miss than to wound, in my opinion.

By the way, DUVY, welcome to Moosie's!
