That looked awesome, Randy! I have to give that a shot this coming fall! I have been eyeing up a nice doe in the backyard that might have to meet the smoker this fall in the same manner.

Its an awesome one. After seeing that antelope leg and sharing the recipe I have been obsessively salivating. I was thinking of doing a brisket when I get back from the IBMP meeting, with all the fixins. Get my sauce fix, and coleslaw, have to have my coleslaw. Damn, I just need to cook.
