suggestions for a new adventure

mixed bag,
I am figuring that a group of four would have $2000 each, that's $8000. Surely thats enough to get a drop hunt in alaska

I'm sure you could do a drop hunt for that no problem, but are you including tags, airfare/transportation to and from AK, and getting meat/horns home? Are you bringing all your gear or renting? I live here and tags are free, and a 'cheap' drop hunt still runs close to $2000 when all said and done.

It really depends on what you want to do.

Prices I got were per person with a transporter.big expense for me is airfare to Ak.still $2000 is a BIG strech for a decent hunt I think.if you can do it, I'm all ears
I'd add Wy. to your hit list if you wanted to do a combo elk/antelope or elk/deer hunt.In fact I'd choose it way before a otc Co. hunt. You can buy your points right now for next year.I'd add Montana but this will be my 1st trip there this year with the combo tag
