You can’t get here from there
Since my turkey season ended a few weeks ago with my third bird, I have been targeting the striped bass. I've been in my typical haunts in the California Delta and local rivers. The fishing has been difficult with all the recent wind. I think Saturday it blew over 40mph during a few of the worst periods. I did manage 10 fish, but only one keeper. Hopefully the wind lays down and the fish bite soon. The Covhawk is my go to striper fishin' haircut without barber open these days.

Good to eat and more fun to fight. My dad used to say “a 5lb striper could pull a 10lb bass up a waterfall”
