Some of you may be aware that the Public Land/Water Access Association (PLWA) is in the middle of a lawsuit claimning that James Cox Kennedy, a billionaire from Atlanta, is illegally blocking accss off a prescriptive road bridge on the Ruby river. (The Seyler Lanr bridge) In turn Kennedy is countersuing, saying that even access off county road bridges is unconstitutional . He is trying to roll back the clock . If successful they will not doubt go after all stream access.

Amazing how some States have sportsmen that care about this kind of stuff and then you have Colorado. Landowners reign supreme here, even with public resources

99% of Colorado sportsmen have adopted this motto: "Do what you want, as long as you keep selling me my OTC elk tag"
