These small parcel closures scare me as much or more than big land blocks. I truly believe that the country would be up in arms if the entire state of UT or ID was sold to away from under us, but putting up a private perimeter strip does it just the same. We'll be left to window shop our favorite places while struggling to get there for real.

I hope they did have easements when they sold. And if they didn't I hope they're just idiots rather than acting to cut off their local noses to spite the federal face.
