Leupold BX-4 Rangefinding Binoculars

Spring Wildlife Video

Great video. I will be helping a friend look for a bear the next few evenings near where I got my bear a couple weeks ago. If you're interested in tagging along send me a pm.

Nice work Gerald. Could you help a flatlander out on the bird identifications please? Ruffed grouse on log? Sage grouse with fanned out tail feathers?

Ruffed grouse drumming. The second grouse was a blue grouse. I think they are also called dusky grouse by some folks. As far as the bird that was singing.... That was a pretty tweety-bird type of warbler of some kind. :) I didn't look it up. The other bird was a turkey. :)

Very nice, Gerald! Kansasdad--you are correct on the ruffed grouse drumming on the log. The bird with the fanned out tail feathers is a blue grouse.
