Isn't the label 'Act of God' used for things like lightening strikes? Which can be explained, though not predicted, with science and thus just a label given for convenience for a random (stochastic for DG!

) act of nature. So, 'Act of God' is just a label, which to most sounds better than Random Chithouse Luck insurance.
 
"ACT OF GOD" is a catch all that the insurance companies use to screw you out of the settlement. Isn't everything an"ACT OF GOD??"
