Southern California Hunting Buddy for Out of State Hunts

I was thinking D15 so I could hunt in the Cleveland National Forest, so maybe getting one for D3 is the way to go? Catalina would be super cool for sure!
I’ve just started researching, and I’m pretty open, as well.
