Slow morning on the creek

When I got down to the creek it was socked in with fog. I stayed for a couple of hours hoping it would burn off, but no such luck. I did manage to get one mallard hen and that was it. It felt good to shoot my shotgun again and to get a duck to boot.

But to classify me in with the fisherwoosies, well let me just say this. That hurts Nut. That really, really hurts

Today was the first time out for waterfowl in a couple of years. You and Moosie got me to get back out there. I just wish there was better waterfowl hunting around here.
